  2. Services not provided due to our internal error.
  3. Cancellation requested within 2 hours of booking before the service process begins.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. Once visa applications or travel services have been submitted or processing has started.
  2. If visa or travel application is rejected due to client errors or incomplete documentation.
  3. Delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
  4. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest).

4. Cancellation Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  2. Include your full name, booking/order ID, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Provide any supporting documentation, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s policies.

6. Cancellation Fees

A cancellation or processing fee of up to 25% of the total service amount may be deducted from the refund based on the service type and cancellation timing.
